Founded by two of the UK’s leading obstetricians, Dr Karl Murphy and Dr Lorin Lakasing, The London Maternity Centre specialises in comprehensive care packages that look after you all the way from initial appointment through to your delivery and for six weeks into the postnatal period.

Maintaining good maternal health and ensuring a safe delivery for your baby are our main priorities. During your consultations you will have the opportunity to discuss all aspects of your care with your obstetrician. We tailor your birth plan in consultation with you to make sure it fits with your personal vision as much as possible – and most importantly your health needs. In our experience, this joint consultation and planning process is critical in ensuring a rewarding and safe pregnancy experience.

A standard schedule of care for a normal pregnancy is listed below. However in the event of complications, your appointments may need to be more frequent.
